We are excited to announce the return of several services throughout our five-county library district.

Starting September 14th, residents across Okanogan, Ferry, Grant, Chelan and Douglas counties will be able to once again borrow any item in our collection of more than 500,000 materials and receive those items at their local library (through curbside pickup) or through our Mail Order Library.

In addition, our Chelan and Douglas county branch libraries will begin accepting returns at their book drops on Tuesday, September 8th.

Our libraries in Grant, Okanogan and Ferry counties — all in Phase 2 or 3 of the state’s reopening plan — started offering curbside pickup earlier this month. The state Department of Health this week approved curbside library service in Chelan and Douglas counties, which are still in Phase 1.5.

Curbside pickup services will begin at our libraries in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Peshastin, Leavenworth, Entiat, Chelan, Manson, Waterville, and Bridgeport on Sept. 14. Hours for curbside service will be updated for each branch on our website.

Our Mail Order Library allows library card holders the ability to reserve any item in our collection and receive the item via USPS at their home address, at no cost to the patron.

Check back on our website for more updates.

NCW Libraries is committed to ensuring staff and patron safety during our contact-free curbside pickup service. To learn more about curbside service  click here.
