and phone-in services to assist you with your questions and troubleshooting our online resources. We are offering two new in-person help options.
We now have a live chat service available on our homepage from 9 to 11 a.m. each weekday morning for general library questions. Please click on the green chat icon, located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, and an NCRL staff member will be available to chat with you. Library chat questions will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis.
ONLINE RESOURCE PHONE SUPPORT
Need help accessing our online resources and want to talk to a live person? We now have a phone-in service available. You can call (509) 888-8155 from 1 to 3 p.m. each weekday afternoon. An NCRL staff member will be available to answer your calls and help troubleshoot issues with accessing our online resources.
