On Tuesday, October 6th, Washington State released new Phase 2 and Phase 3 guidelines for public libraries to offer limited in person services. We are thrilled by this announcement and are eager to finalize our plans to safely open your public library. Our libraries in Grant, Okanogan and Ferry counties would be eligible to reopen under the governor’s plan.

Under the Safe Start plan, building occupancy will be limited, masks will be required, and programs and events will continue to only be offered online. Our curbside services will remain available to patrons, as will our Mail Order Library.

No official reopening date has been set at this time, but please continue to check www.ncwlibraries.org for the latest updates.
