Join NCW Libraries and Braver Angels for a civic discussion about presidential executive orders.

The free event is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. May 29 at the Chelan County Fire Department, 232 East Wapato Ave., Chelan.

Braver Angels is a volunteer-led bipartisan citizen’s movement to depolarize America. It brings people with opposing political beliefs together into a working alliance, building ways to talk to one another and participate together in public life.

The upcoming discussion will allow for civil discourse in a structured environment of listening and curiosity on the topic of executive orders and whether they are an effective tool for governance.
