2024 Election Dates
October 18 – Start of 18-day voting period (through Election Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units are available at voting centers.
October 28 – Deadline for online and by mail voter registration
November 5 – Deadline for in-person voter registration and General Election Day, ballots must be returned in an official drop box by 8PM.
Register to Vote
Online – Register online 24 hours a day at the Washington Secretary of State’s website: votewa.org.
By Mail – Download and print a voter registration form. Forms are available in many languages. Addresses to Washington State County Elections Offices are on the back of the form. Postage is required.
In Person – Register to vote in person at your county elections office. Find the address to your county elections office.
