NCW Libraries, in partnership with Thriving Together NCW, has installed Teleservice Booths at the Curlew, George, Leavenworth, and Warden Libraries. These booths offer residents in smaller communities with a private, convenient, and free way to connect online.
Whether you need to attend a telehealth appointment, join a virtual class or training, meet with colleagues, take part in an online job interview, or simply chat with loved ones, the Teleservice Booths make it easy to stay connected.
Each Booth is semi-private and accommodates one to two people. They are equipped with a Wi-Fi-connected desktop computer, webcam, and headset, offering a ready to use space for video or phone conference calls. Booths can be reserved up to 90 days in advance and booked for up to 120 minutes at a time.
This project was made possible by Thriving Together NCW, an organization dedicated to improving health and well-being across our region by unifying partners, supporting collaboration, and enabling systems change. Learn more about Thriving Together NCW on their website.
The Teleservice Booths are available during regular library open hours. Library staff can assist you with scheduling time in a booth or getting started with technology.
