NCW Libraries is offering a virtual, four-week wellness series with meditation instructor Shubhada Dantale in April. 

Learn about the nature of the mind and how to manage emotions in these guided relaxation sessions. Each 45-minute virtual session will include a guided relaxation through breathing techniques followed by guided meditation to experience stillness. No prior experience is needed. Feel free to join for one or all four sessions. 

Spring Breathing is being offered on April 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 5 p.m.
