Rosetta Stone is back in service after routine maintenance caused an interruption in service earlier this week.
Already a Rosetta Stone user? Simply log back into your account using the same credentials.
The maintenance work involved a system migration. Unfortunately, this means your lesson history may be erased. You will need to remember where you left off and navigate to your last lesson manually.
We recognize this is frustrating! Unfortunately, this is an issue with Rosetta Stone and outside of the control of NCW Libraries. We are looking into other language learning options that will have fewer outages and interruptions to access.
