A published collection of poetry written by North Central Washington teens is now available at all 30 of our branch libraries!

It’s taken us awhile to get it just right, but the original poetry submitted to us during a Summer Reading Program contest in 2017 has been published in
a book. The goal of the contest — and poetry collection — was to share the collective voices of our teen library patrons. Poetry was a
great way to do that because it is accessible to everyone and there are many different ways to create poetry, including rhyming prose, song lyrics,
short memoirs and free form.

Please stop by one of our libraries and give it a look. We should be proud of the work our teens have produced!
