As circumstances and restrictions surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve, the world is opening up more and more. We are excited to see more of our community members return to our library spaces!

Declining Covid-19 infections and hospitalizations led Gov. Jay Inslee to update the state’s masking guidance and reduce mask requirements in many indoor settings beginning at 11:59 p.m. March 11.

In accordance with the new state rules, masks are still recommended but will no longer be required at NCW Libraries branches starting on Saturday, March 12.

If you have symptoms, a positive test, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we invite you to use our Mail Order Library services or call your local library to arrange curbside pickup. Online resources, including ebooks and movies, are available 24 hours a day on our website.

Need a mask at the library? Please ask a staff member.
