Connect with authors online! This Summer, we are bringing you an incredible line up of authors for our NCRL Virtual Reads program. We are thrilled to host award-winning author, M.T. Anderson on Tuesday, June 16 at 7PM. Register now for this free event!

M.T. Anderson is an award-winning author of books for young people. His dystopian fiction novel Feed was a finalist for the 2002 National Book Award for Young People’s Literature. He won the National Book Award in 2006 for The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing, Traitor to the Nation, Volume I: The Pox Party, the first of two books set in Revolution-era Boston. His nonfiction book, Symphony for the City of the Dead: Dmitri Shostakovich and the Siege of Leningrad, a crossover hit with both teens and adults, was a finalist for the 2016 YALSA Award for Excellence in Nonfiction for Young Adults.

All NCRL Reads events are free and open to the public. Events will be held through the Zoom digital meeting platform. To participate, register here. Once you register, an email will be sent to you with the Zoom event details. During each event, attendees will hear from the author and then have an opportunity to submit questions through the chat feature for the author to answer live.
