March is Women’s History Month. This year’s theme, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” celebrates women who have dedicated their lives to education, mentorship and leadership.
According to the National Women’s History Alliance, the theme recognizes the influence of women who have inspired generations past and present, highlights the role women have played in nurturing minds and inspiring action, and encourages people to celebrate the achievements of women and support their dreams.
