Summer has officially started at all of our libraries!

If you haven’t signed up yet, visit your community library this week to sign up for the Summer Library Program and find
out more about all the fun and exciting programs planned for the next several weeks.

NCRL Puppeteers

Our very own Puppeteers kick off their summer with several shows this week. Over the summer, they will visit all of our libraries at least two times, so
come check out one of their performances.

  • Bridgeport: 1 p.m. Friday

  • George: 4 p.m. Thursday
  • Omak: 3 p.m. Wednesday
  • Oroville: 11 a.m. Wednesday

Virtual Reality for Teens

Explore space using virtual reality technology with our STEM librarians! Call your library to ensure a spot for this program.

  • Coulee City: Noon Monday

  • Mattawa: 4 p.m. Wednesday

  • Okanogan: Build a clay moon, 11:30 a.m. Wednesday
  • Oroville: Decorate a mini tote bag, 10:30 a.m. Thursday
  • Peshastin: Watch the movie How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, 4 p.m. Thursday; decorate space rocks, 2 p.m. Saturday
  • Quincy: Make yarn friendship bracelets, 3 p.m. Monday; watch a movie, 2 p.m. Friday
  • Republic: Stonerose Fossil Center dig, 10 a.m. Wednesday
  • Warden: Decorate your own telescope, 4 p.m. Thursday
