Win 4 of the best seats in the house for Cheryl Strayed’s April 13 program in Wenatchee!

We still have about seven weeks until Cheryl Strayed visits us in North Central Washington. To help pass the time, we’d like to hear your own “Wild” stories from the trail.

Please send your favorite hiking pictures or a short writeup of your best trail memory no later than Monday, February 27. Pictures and stories will be shared in online photo albums and blog posts. Everyone who submits something will be entered into a random drawing for four of the best seats in the house for Strayed’s talk at the Numerica Performing Arts Center on April 13, 2017. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, February 28!

Tickets are FREE, and will be available to the general public on March 1 through the Numerica PAC’s website and box office (509-663-2787).

Please send your submissions to publicity@ncrl.org.

What is Columbia River Reads?

Every year, we choose one book that we hope everyone in our five-county area will read. Then we invite the author of the book to speak at the largest annual
event we host.

This year, we’ve chosen Cheryl Strayed’s bestselling book Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail for NCRL’s 2017 Columbia River Reads!
Join us in reading the book, and mark your calendars now for her program at Wenatchee’s Numerica Performing Arts Center on April 13.

More details will be released as they are available, so be sure to check back here or follow us on Facebook.
