NCW Libraries is partnering with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) to offer “Sana
Sana Colita de Rana: Health Insurance and You.”

These drop-in sessions will be offered at 10 NCW Libraries locations through late October and the month of November, no appointments needed. Locations include NCW Libraries branches in Cashmere, East Wenatchee, Grand Coulee, Manson, Moses Lake, Omak, Quincy, Twisp, and Wenatchee.

During these workshops, community members can connect with Mayra Casique, Account Manager with CHPW. Mayra is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is a certified insurance navigator. She will provide one on one help to people seeking to navigate accessible, affordable healthcare coverage. Mayra can answer questions regarding eligibility for free or low-cost medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services and provide information about Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, and Cascade Select Plans. Each workshop is free and open to the public.

“NCW Libraries’ mission is to connect the people of North Central Washington to vital resources and opportunities that foster individual growth and strengthen communities. Partnering with groups like CHPW allows us to fulfill our mission,” said Summer Hayes, Associate Director of Programs and Resources. Learn more about NCW Libraries at www.ncwlibraries.org.
