NCW Libraries meeting rooms are available to the public for non-commercial activities. Several of our library locations have one or more meeting spaces that may be reserved by members of the public who are 18 years or older. Size and layout vary by location.

Meeting room use may be limited. NCW Libraries, city governments, and building owners will be given priority access for meeting room spaces. NCW Libraries does not support or endorse the activities or viewpoints of those using the meeting rooms.

Meeting rooms are available at our Chelan, Ephrata, Omak, Quincy, and Wenatchee Library locations.
What can the meeting rooms be used for?
Meeting rooms are available for non-commercial activities. Learn more in our Meeting Room Policy.
What can the meeting rooms not be used for?
Meeting rooms may not be used for commercial or fundraising sales or promotional activities. They may not be used for private celebrations or activities requiring an entrance fee, membership fee, or participation fee that is collected on-site. Learn more in our Meeting Room Policy.
Are library meeting rooms open outside of regular business hours?
Meeting room reservations may be limited to the branch library’s open hours.
