Washington Employment Security Department
The Washington Employment Security Department (ESD) has programs designed to help individuals and employers during this unprecedented time. Check out their COVID-19 webpage for the latest news, information and updates on ways they are helping individuals weather the financial impacts of COVID-19.
Due to the unprecedented rise in initial unemployment claims, the ESD is encouraging all who are able to file unemployment claims online to help reduce call volume. Head to https://esd.wa.gov/unemployment to learn more.

Regional WorkSource Offices
WorkSource WA has launched a special phone number to better serve customers during the COVID-19 outbreak. Call 833-572-8400 to speak to a WorkSource representative. When you call, press 1 for basic Unemployment Insurance information. Press 2 for WorkSource questions.
Chelan and Douglas Counties are served by WorkSource Wenatchee. While their office is closed they are continuing to provide services over the phone, via e-mail, and through video chat. Call 509-665-6605 for more information.
Okanogan County is served by Worksource Okanogan. Their services are available over the phone, via email, and through video chat. Call 509-826-7310 for more information.
Grant County is served by WorkSource Central Basin. Their services are available over the phone at 509-766-6300 or through the Live Chat feature on www.worksourcewa.com.
Ferry County is served by WorkSource Colville. Their services are available over the phone or email. Call 509-685-6158 for more information.
