Reimagining Spaces – Bridgeport
The Bridgeport Library had 223 member of the public take part in multiple Community Engagement events in the Fall of 2024. Throughout the fall of 2024, NCW Libraries heard from over 200 members of the public. The community preferred the “Retreat” Design Direction and the “Family Fun and Play” Program Possibilities. Our team is working with the design team to finalize remodel plans throughout the end of 2026. The resulting project will provide neutral colors that evoke the surrounding landscape, combined with furniture and a layout that will encourage exploration and use by all ages.
Find out more about the project as a whole and how it will affect your community.
